Stan Learman, CFA,
Principal, Portfolio Manager

As a Principal of Arbor Capital Management, Stan
Learman directs operations on behalf of the Michigan
office. In addition, he serves as Portfolio Manager
and investment strategist, and maintains client
relationships for the Ann Arbor, Michigan and
Anchorage, Alaska offices. Mr. Learman received his
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of
Michigan.

Stan Learman is a Chartered Financial Analyst
charterholder, and was awarded the use of the CFA
designation by the CFA Institute. The Chartered
Financial Analyst designation is awarded only after
successful completion of rigorous testing
requirements set by the Institute, and is maintained
by continual adherence to the CFA Institute’s Code
of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. Mr.
Learman is also a member of the Detroit Society of
Investment Analysts.

Together with Robert Sheldon, Stan Learman founded Arbor
Capital Management in 1996. Prior to founding Arbor Capital
Management he was an engineer in the petroleum industry for
Atlantic Richfield Corp. and in the automotive industry for
Saturn Corporation.

Robert Sheldon,
Principal, Portfolio Manager
|
|
|
Robert Sheldon, a Portfolio Manager and Principal at Arbor
Capital Management, directs operations and maintains client
relationships on behalf of the Anchorage, Alaska office. Mr.
Sheldon received his B.S. in Finance, and a minor in
Economics, from Colorado State University.

Mr. Sheldon is a State of Alaska appointed member of the
Taiwan-Alaskan Trade & Investment Cooperation Council
exploring, arranging and facilitating bilateral trade
between Alaska and Taiwan. Additionally, he is a member
of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international economics society.

|
Together with Stan Learman, Mr. Sheldon founded Arbor
Capital Management in 1996. Prior to this Mr. Sheldon was
an Officer at First National Bank of Anchorage’s Trust
Department where he oversaw private client relationships,
the Bank’s employee Profit Sharing Plan, and assisted with
management of the Common Investment Fund. He also
administered several of the Trust Department’s units and was
a Partner in the Bank’s Investment Unit.

Robert Tonkin,
Senior Vice President
|
|
|
As Senior Vice President for Arbor Capital Management,
Robert Tonkin directs operations and oversees client
relationships and portfolios on behalf of the Juneau,
Alaska office.
|
|
Robert brings to Arbor Capital Management over 19 years
experience in the investment brokerage industry. Prior
to joining Arbor Capital Management, he was a Second
Vice president with Smith Barney and most recently
served as Merrill Lynch's Branch Manager in Juneau,
Alaska. In 1992 he was elected as a member of the John
Nuveen & Co. Advisory Council.

In addition to passing the Uniform Combined State Law
Exam, Mr. Tonkin has completed several security
industry licensing tests, including the General
Securities Exam, General Securities Sales Supervisors
exam, National Commodity Futures exam and Life
Insurance Agent exam.

Matt Kolesky, Branch Manager
|
|
|
Matthew Kolesky joined Arbor Capital Management in 2004
and is a Branch Manager working from the Anchorage, Alaska
office. Mr. Kolesky manages portfolios and maintains client
relationships in the Anchorage, Mat-Su and Kenai Peninsula
areas.

Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Kolesky worked at the Anchorage
office of Charles Schwab & Co. At Schwab, he
worked with clients providing customized portfolio
construction and ongoing consultative management. He earned
a B.A. in Economics from St. Cloud State University.
Additionally, he has passed the General Securities Exam and
is Series 7 and 66 licensed.

A lifelong Alaskan, Mr. Kolesky is actively involved in the
Anchorage community. He currently serves on the CampFire
Alaska Council Board of Directors and is engaged as a
consultant with Junior Achievement, teaching economics to
middle school students.
